Pbr Terms & Conditions

Payment By Results means that we will only require payment when your website meets an agreed list of search engine performance targets.

Performance Targets - this will be a list of search phrases/words for your site to be ranked on page 1 of Google.

URL/Hosting - You will be required to pay for any costs incurred for domain name/hosting registration. All registration records will be held by 'PBR Web Design' until we hand the site over to you after completing the site design.

Failure to pay - If you fail to pay for a site design that meets the agreed performance, we will remove your site from the Internet and the contents of which will remain the property of PBR Web Design.
